Eating Chocolate, Good or Not?



            Chocolate is a a kind of food that so popular among us. Chocolate is so delicious and sweet. Children till adult like to eat Chocolate. Now there are so many variants of Chocolate and also the foods that contain Chocolate, such as: choco chips, brownies, chocolate candies, etc. But people think that Chococlate is not good for diet and our health. Is it true? Actually, what is the nutrient composition of Chocolate?
            According to korainindonesiasehat.wordpress.com, Chocolate contains alcaloids, which have phsycologic effect to the body. Alcaloids often connected to the serotin level in our brain. Based on scientist’s opinion, Chocolate that is eaten in normal count regularry can reduce the blood pressure. I think this is true, because by eating Chocolate we can feel more relax and calm. So our blood pressure will back to the normal condition.
            The other advantage of Chocolate also contains Flavanols. Flavanols is a kind of flavonoid which is an antioxcidant that is very good for our body. Antioxcidant can prevent us from cancer. It means that Chocolate is good for our body. It is antioxcidant can prevent our body from many dissease, even a cancer dissease.
            Besides, Chocolate also contains othe important substance(nutrients), such us: protein, fat, carbohydrate, tyrosin, and so on. As we know that Chocolate contains fat, about 30-31%. We think that Chocolate fat can make the increase of our weight. I think this is wrong statement. Chocolate fat is classified as vegetable fat and it is good for our health. The composition of Chocolate which can increase body weight is a sugar. There are some cheap Chocolate that contains a lot of sugar, and it is not good for us and can increase our body weight.
            In conclusion, we do not need to be afraid to eating Chocolate. Chocolate is good for us because it contains various nutrient that we need. The important thing is we have to be selective to choose the Chocolate. Besides, we do not have to eat many Chocolate anytime, because something exaggeration is also not good for our health. Eating Chocolate in a little amount everyday is better.
